Thanks for stopping by, allow me to give you a more proper introduction to who I am and why I started Daisy Roots!
Ever since I was little I have always had a passion for creating. Painting, embroidery, doodling, interior decorating, pottery, you name it I have probably tried it. This creativity lead me to my love for content creation, it is truly the perfect outlet for my creativity. The ability to tell a story and relive memories through engaging content is so rewarding! Working with multiple brands allows me to express my creativity in so many different ways, always keeping me on my toes.
My journey into social media started with a background in visual arts, 5 years managing a business in the wine industry, and of course, my passion for creating. After some time in a corporate social media marketing setting managing 4 large social media accounts, I knew it was time to venture out on my own. That leads us to Daisy Roots!
Being in the corporate setting and spearheading bringing social media from agency to in house, I was able to see the pros and the cons when it came to working with agency vs working in house. The agency model can be disjointed, my goal in starting this is to offer the ease, knowledge and expertise that comes with hiring an agency but with the care and passion that comes from having someone on your own team. I want to understand the ins and the outs of your business or brand and build a strategy that works for you, not just post on your social media account.
When I think about Daisy Roots I have two overarching goals.
Providing your Canadian business/brand with affordable social media support so you can get back to focusing on your business while still growing your social media presence.
